Delivery and Exchange
We offer delivery within Pakistan. Delivery rates and delivery times may vary based on location (Karachi 2 days ; Outside Karachi 3-4 days)
We strive to ship all orders within 3-4 business days. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or carrier delays.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact us at our Instagram page or email us at email@example.com to request an exchange.
Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork. All products must be returned in good condition to ensure full credit.
Once you’ve received a confirmation message from our side, you can expect the rider to collect the parcel which needs to be exchanged with the replaced one, soon.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, you will be expected to pay the cost of delivery for the new item(s).
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery to arrange for a replacement.
