Delivery

What courier do you use for delivery?

We utilize Trax for most of our orders within Pakistan. For international deliveries, please contact us on WhatsApp at 0325-7083748.

How long does it take for home delivery?

Delivery to major cities takes 2-3 working days (Monday-Saturday), while minor or interior cities may take 2-5 working days.

Why is my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled if you provide incorrect contact information or address, or if you fail to answer the confirmation call. Please pick up unknown calls to avoid cancellation. Bank transfer orders do not require confirmation and are dispatched upon payment.

Can I collect from a local store?

Reserve and collect service is available only in Karachi.

Do you deliver on the weekend?

Delivery on weekends depends on the courier service. Some orders may be delivered on weekends.

Can I track my item?

Yes, you’ll receive a text message with a tracking number when your order is dispatched. Use this number to track your order.

Payments

Is it safe to order online?

Yes, we use industry-standard SSL encryption to secure your details, ensuring the safety of your personal information.

How do I apply a promotional code?

Add a valid promotion code during the checkout process.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer Cash on Delivery and bank transfer.

Products

How can I find the right size?

Please visit our size chart page before ordering. Some of the size guides are mentioned on product page too.

Are your products original?

Our products are 100% original. If you find it fake, you can get 100% cash refund except delivery charges.

Are your products tagged?

Around 80% of our products are tagged. Some of them are cut label and some are without the label.

Order Information

How do I know if my order was successful?

You will receive an automated email to confirm your order has been received, and is being processed.
You will receive a further dispatch confirmation call once your order has been packed and is ready to leave our warehouse.

Where is my order?

Most of our deliveries are sent via Blue-ex, Rider TPL. You can inquire your tracking number by messaging us at our WhatsApp 0325-7083748.

How can I make a complaint?

We welcome customer feedback. Contact us through our website or email at info@brandsforyou.pk.

Why have I not received my complete order?

Our quality control checks all items before dispatch. If any issues are found, the item is removed from the order.

Is it possible to make any changes to my order?

Due to our automatic invoicing system, call us immediately after placing an order for any changes. We’ll attempt to stop or amend your order; if not possible, we’ll guide you on the next steps.

Order Refund & Exchange

Do you have a return or exchange policy?

We do not have a return policy, but we offer an exchange policy.

How do I exchange an item?

Place a replacement order like a regular order, mentioning FULL NAME in the first name field and REPLACEMENT in the last name field during checkout. Replacement charges are Rs 250. Pack the previous parcel, mentioning your name and “Brandsforyou.pk” on it. The rider will come and exchange the product. If an incorrect item is sent, you may be permanently blocked from our website.

What do I do if I have received a damaged item?

Follow the provided procedure by WhatsApping images of the damage to 0325-7083748. Include your reference number, a copy of your invoice, and an image of the parcel received.

Why have you not refunded the original delivery charge?

If returning an unsuitable or damaged item for a refund, only the item cost is refunded, not the original delivery cost. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer.
